Job shadowing is a process when one person observes another working to gain the useful skills in a specific work field. 4 job shadowings to support local youth workers and exchange work practices are planned in Colombia, Myanmar and Kenya.

Participating youth workers will contribute to ongoing community projects related to refugees. This will increase their capacity to address a variety of issues concerning young refugees (incl. their integration & involvement into local communities).
